At this time we do not issue refunds or reschedule. Tours and events are rain or shine unless otherwise specified. Please leave your furry friends at home. No outside animals are permitted on the farm. No smoking. The nature of our experiences are interactive. If you have a little one we suggest a back or front carrier rather than a stroller especially for farm tours. Close toed shoes are the only footwear permitted inside animal enclosures, long pants are recommended. We are a working farm and often book tours back to back so please arrive on time and ready to go. If you arrive late your tour time may be cut short. No reservations are held without payment. Â
Yes. Portable toilets are available for guests to use. There are several hand wash stations available, also.
Yes! We have several options available for personal events on the Farm. Please visit our plan your event page for details.
Since much of the Farm is indoors, we usually do not close during rain/light snowfalls, however outdoor activities would be limited during these types of weather. If the heat index gets above 90 degrees, we do limit interactions with the animals in order to keep them comfortable. Heat indexes over 100 degrees may cause closures due to the stress on the animals and the staff. Please check our Facebook page – we try to post as soon as we make the decision to close. If you are unsure or are traveling a distance, please call us to ensure we are open during inclement weather. Â
